At Intertribal Software, our goals have always focused on delivering a [seamless solution](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/onetribe/) that unites and centralizes Member Services for any size tribal government. Our past achievements reflect our commitment to building strong relationships with our customers and fostering the successful adoption of new technologies. Everyone – regardless of technical prowess or skills – should be able to access the solutions they need in their tribal government.; Learn more about where we’ve come from and where we’re going: ## Intertribal Software: Who We Are Since our inception in 1993, we’ve been a pioneer in creating enterprise Tribal Data Management Systems for tribal governments throughout the continent. Our mission is to provide tribal governments with the solutions to unite the different service departments and better serve their members. Tribes need the right technology to break down silos and share information throughout the organization by processing new applications, managing spreadsheets and paper files, and training new employees.  ***“I have spent the last 28 years making technology fit people instead of making people fit technology. Developing and implementing technology that dynamically changes people's lives. Empowering organizations with information should always be the outcome.” *** ***-Steve Wilcox*** ***CEO & Founder*** After developing custom software for one of the largest tribes in the country, we realized that many tribal governments would greatly benefit from software designed to address their own unique needs. Because every tribe operates differently, developing custom software felt like the perfect way to ensure tribes served their members in the best way possible. ## Our Accomplishments Based in Oklahoma, Intertribal has [served tribes from all over the continent](https://blog.intertribalsoftware.com/the-challenges-and-rewards-of-serving-native-american-tribes). Our software must empower tribes to provide the best possible experience to members as they scale. This is why we’re constantly innovating our technology and [developing custom solutions](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/custom-development/).  We’ve accomplished many things over the years, including: - 28 years in business - [52 tribes served](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/tribes/)  - 243,657 Tribal Members Served - 1,482,563 Services Delivered - Patented OneTribe® specifically for non-technical and project management teams to work harmoniously together [![The Challenges And Rewards Of Serving Native American Tribes CTA](https://hubspot-no-cache-na2-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/cta/default/8426375/446095c5-e957-455d-bf64-fb7dbd0eb1b6.png)](https://hubspot-cta-redirect-na2-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/cta/redirect/8426375/446095c5-e957-455d-bf64-fb7dbd0eb1b6) ## Preparing for What the Future Holds Technology continues to progress at a rapid pace. [Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions](https://transform.laserfiche.com/) are now implemented in organizations of all types and sizes, ushering in a digital age of customer experiences. At Intertribal Software, we seek to keep people at the center of everything we do and solve for. That means listening to tribal members and innovating technology solutions that scale for every government while maximizing budget capabilities.  Intertribal Software maintains its commitment to keeping centralized data between departments the same. However, how it’s done will continue to change as developments occur and we grow alongside our tribal governments. We seek to continue being premier consultants and technology experts for tribal governments, both now and in the future.  While change is inevitable, becoming inefficient or outdated in member services doesn’t have to happen. The centralized reporting from Intertribal Software has drastically improved member services across all departments and operations.
