We’ve been helping local tribal governments all across the United States since 1993 provide seamless solutions for Member Services. [Our platform](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/onetribe/) is designed to scale for any sized tribal government – with a single, centralized data repository that allows different service departments to function and store data separately as needed. In this post, we’ll be covering some of the primary use cases for our software and how it ties back to benefit your members, which is always the intended goal with OneTribe. ## #1: Member Enrollment This entirely web-based feature allows tribes to [enroll new members seamlessly](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/onetribe-detailed/#member-services) into the system. Regardless of the size or customization requirements of your tribe, our software accurately tracks member demographics, genealogy, documentation, and blood quantum. Without a generational limit, you can accurately and efficiently track lineage as far back as is needed. You can also create IDs instantly for affiliation purposes and other services. You’re given access to search and reporting features required by enrollment departments. With OneTribe’s [responsive web portal](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/onetribe-detailed/#member-portal), it can be used and accessed easily on any digital device to allow your members to have instant availability to: - Easily complete applications - Upload documents, and - Share data with other members securely Not only does this save time, but it also guarantees a level of security for sensitive documents and member data digitally.  ## #3: CCDF Child Care Subsidy Funding When it comes to managing your [federal tribal child care assistance (CCA) program](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/child-care-assistance/), OneTribe has you covered. With integrated document imaging management and automation with proven years of success with [federal CCDF programs](https://blog.intertribalsoftware.com/how-does-the-ccdf-work), the often lengthy process of getting income and work verifications is easier than ever. This multi-user tracking system allows for convenient paperless tablet-based field worker provider certification management and re-certification management – so you’re covered during the entire process.  The CCDF software generates the ACF700 Report automatically from the data you enter from day to day operations. ## #4: Social Services Case Management OneTribe’s [assistance module for social services](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/onetribe-detailed/#social-services) empowers your members to prioritize family wellness every day. A centralized record offers step-by-step assistance for all kinds of cases that are opened between departments, including Child Welfare programs and foster care management. The added flexibility with our software allows members to establish eligibility requirements, budgets, and vital workflows to process important cases for families in need.  ## #5: WIOA Program Management Effectively managing the day-to-day operations of a [tribal WIOA module](https://www.intertribalsoftware.com/onetribe-detailed/#employment), our software provides income guidelines and verification, vendor and job site tracking, letter templates for ease of communication with students, and even PL477 reporting. We work with tribes to customize this module as needed so tribes feel an extra sense of collaboration around their government's education and employment goals.  If you’re interested in seeing first-hand how OneTribe can [boost efficiency and your daily operations](https://blog.intertribalsoftware.com/embracing-tribal-government-software-and-the-digital-transformation), be sure to schedule a demo with us today.
